My passion for cooking and helping others came to a meeting point when I applied for my job at Oak Hill Hospital, where I am currently employed. My duties include providing meals to the roughly 300 patients anywhere between two to three times a day. On days I am not cooking for the patients I am responsible for the cafeteria food supply for our hundreds of workers. My work ethic and versatility as an efficient worker was recognized, promoting me to take on the most difficult services. These included white tablecloth gatherings, CEO/Shareholder meetings, and large events that brought countless people from multiple facilities together, I would ensure the success of these events.

ITNS Shadowing

Oak Hill Hospital, Information Technology Network and Security

During my many years at Oak Hill Hospital I have been able to shadow those who work in the IT department. I wanted to learn as much as I could and have access to hands-on troubleshooting and situational know-how. I was able to have exposure to the ticketing system and responding in turn to these user problems. As a result of this and other experience, I have been the go-to guy in my department for any IT related issues.

I have been working for Stefanini for roughly 6 months as an IT Service Desk Level 1 Technician. Throughout my time working at Stefanini there have been a plethora of skill-sets performed in regard to maintaining the delivery side of the IT infrastructure. It has been a fantastic opportunity to be able to learn and work with a truly global team and tackle issues in many of these differing environments. There are countless examples of exposure to extremely varying and distinct problems along many IT categories, some of these include: Networking, Hardware/Peripherals, ISIM/ITIM/IAM, Active Directory, and Virtual Desktop/Environments. Troubleshooting these issues and many more has given me hands-on experience with systems that reach out to a massive client and workforce base, all while being able to strip down each issue to its base and navigate within aspects both compartmental and concerted.
